These lovely baby booties are inspired by the structured surface of a cauliflower.

The pattern uses both garter stitch, stocking stitch, ribbed knitting and a pleat.

Needles:	2½mm and a double pointed needle 2mm to make the pleat.
Tension:	10x10cm = 29st and 45r on needle 2½mm in stocking stitch.
